Shop Policies



All purchases and sales are final. I do not allow any exchanges, returns, or refunds because I offer insurance on packages.

Damaged/Lost Goods:

If any items arrive damaged, please file a claim through USPS, as all packages come with insurance. Do not send me the package back. The claim has to be made within 7 days of receiving the package, so please reach out to me ASAP.

If a product is lost or if your order says “arrived” yet you do not have it, I am unable to help as these are issues that occurred after shipping. Contact your local USPS carrier/post office to try to locate the package.

Due to the nature of some of the items I make, they are one of a kind and can not be reproduced. Please keep this into consideration when purchasing anything.
