Returns/Exchanges/Refunds:

All purchases and sales are final. I do not allow any exchanges, returns, or refunds because I offer insurance on all packages (except stickers). All freelance design work is non refundable.

Damaged/Lost Goods:

If any items arrive damaged, I will file a claim through USPS, as all packages come with insurance. Do not send me the package back. The claim has to be made within 7 days of receiving the package, so please reach out to me ASAP.

If a product is lost or if your order says “arrived” yet you do not have it, I am unable to help as these are issues that occurred after shipping. Contact your local USPS carrier/post office to try to locate the package. I am not responsible for any lost mail, but I will file a claim through USPS if applicable (on insured items).

Product Information:

Candles: All of my candles are hand-poured in small batches, and are 100% VEGAN! I use pure soy wax in upcycled glassware. All glassware is secondhand unless otherwise stated in the product information. All painted glassware is hand-painted by me.

*Feel free to reach out to me to get a candle refill in your desired glass, or if you would like to donate glassware!

Ceramics: All ceramics are wheel-thrown or slab built, and hand-detailed. Items will say in their product information if they are food, microwave, and/or dishwasher safe.

 

Discounts/Promos:

Discounts and promo codes are not valid on custom candles.

Payments:

Payments accepted: PayPal** (preferred), Apple Pay, and all major debit and credit cards. Please DM me if you want to pay through Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle.
