Returns/Exchanges:

All purchases and sales are final. I do not allow any exchanges.

Damaged/Lost Goods:

If any items arrive damaged, please send me an email as soon to the day of receiving the items as possible. Please provide photo(s) and details of the damage for proof. If applicable, I will send out a free replacement, or I will offer a full refund (including shipping).

If a product is lost or if your order says “arrived” yet you do not have it, I am unable to help as these are issues that occurred after shipping. Contact your local USPS carrier/post office to try to locate the package.

Due to the nature of some of the items I make, they are one of a kind and can not be reproduced. Please keep this into consideration when purchasing anything.

Refunds:

Refunds (and replacements) are only considered after contacting me with proof of damage from USPS transportation. I hold the right to make the decision for replacement or refund.

 

Payments:

Payments accepted: PayPal (for now). Currently working through setting up payment with most major debit ad credit cards. All payments are completed through SquareSpace.
