Shop Policies



All purchases and sales are final. I do not allow any exchanges, returns, or refunds because I offer insurance on packages.

Damaged/Lost Goods:

If any items arrive damaged, please file a claim through USPS, as all packages come with insurance. Since insurance is provided on all packages, this makes the BUYER responsible for filing claims if packages are lost or damaged or stolen. USPS may not accept the claim if the package is sent back to the seller to file the claim. If you need help filing a claim please reach out to me and I can try to help walk you through the process! I will be able to confirm the cost of the package and things like that.

If a product is lost or if your order says “arrived” yet you do not have it, I am unable to help as these are issues that occurred after shipping. Contact your local USPS carrier/post office to try to locate the package.

Due to the nature of some of the items I make, they are one of a kind and can not be reproduced. Please keep this into consideration when purchasing anything.
